Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and warehouse location:

 Standard Shipping (CJPacket / Special Lines): 7 to 15 business days

 Local Warehouses (US/EU): 3 to 7 business days

 Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3 to 5 business days

Note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons or national carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any international customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
